We ship from UK and EU warehouses. Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 working days. We email you a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Cancelling your order (14-day cooling-off period)
Because you buy online, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us within that period at [email protected] with your order reference, then send the part back within 14 days. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting the part back. You cover the cost of returning it unless it was faulty or did not fit the model you gave us.
30-day no-quibble returns
On top of your cancellation right, if you change your mind or order the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. The part should be unused and in its original packaging.
If a part does not fit the appliance model you told us, we cover the return cost and refund you in full. Just contact us with your order reference.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, usually within a few working days of us approving the return. We will email you to confirm once it is done.
12-month guarantee
Every compatible part is guaranteed for 12 months against failure. If a part fails in normal use within that time, we will replace it free of charge.
Your statutory rights
Everything above is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected.
