Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, your appliance model number, and the details of your order. Your payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never seen or stored by us.

  • To send order confirmations, tracking links and service messages. Lawful basis: to perform our contract with you.
  • To answer your enquiries and provide support. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in helping our customers.
  • To keep accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: to meet our legal obligations.

We only send marketing email if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the providers needed to run the service: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping and supplier partners (to dispatch your part), and our email provider (to send order and tracking emails). These providers act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, your data stays protected by appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your order data for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and guarantee claims, and meet our legal obligations. Accounting and tax records are kept for the period required by HMRC (currently six years).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of browser local storage to remember the contents of your basket. This is essential to the site working and is not used for tracking. Our payment processor may set its own cookies during checkout to keep your payment secure.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
